Skin is divided into dry, neutral, oily, combination by symptoms, but it can change frequently with internal or external factors such as, age, living condition, weather, change in climate, etc. So when you can judge your own skin type and manage it adequately, you can maintain a healthy and beautiful skin for a long time.

Dry Skin maintenance

The skin texture may look smooth, but since there is a small amount of sebum secretion or moisture, the skin will feel stretched and keratin will form frequently, resulting in a messy makeup. This might be caused due to genetic inheritance, but it can also be caused by aging. The sebum secretion decreases and the moisture maintenance will weaken, thus losing elasticity and forming fine wrinkles and hastening the aging of the skin.

Oily Skin maintenance

The skin is always glossy due to excessive sebum secretion the skin texture is not delicate, and the pore are large, so they are visible to the skin. The skin can turn into a seborrheic type due to excessive sebum secretion, so this is a type that puts importance on the proper washing of the face.

Oily type skin must keep the skin clean and use subacid cleansers to remove the glossiness of the skin or oiliness to avoid pimples from infection. Use deep cleanser or a facial mask to remove the waste or sebum in the pores.

Although the face is easy to have a pimple break out due to the oiliness, but if you neglect moisturization, the face can change to a dry type skin, so use a moisturizing cream without any oil, and use a facial mask or cream with excellent sebum control to areas with excessive sebum.

Neutral skin maintenance

The skin texture is smooth, moist and elastic since it maintains just enough moisture (15%~20%). The pores are small enough that they are not visible to the skin, and there is enough blood circulation, so the skin tone is bright. The skin is smooth and moist due to enough moisture, but since there isn’t enough sebum secretion, the skin can change into dry, oily, or sensitive type depending on the weather or environment. This is the most ideal skin type, so use a sub-acid cleanser that removes wastes and not breaking the balance between the oil and moisture, to cleanse the skin.

Normal skin has a 20% moisture level in the keratin layer, so to protect the natural sebum layer and reform it, you should use a cosmetic that has excellent moisturization to “prevent” the dryness of the skin.

In addition, the skin is stronger at discharge than absorption fundamentally, so using cosmetics that have excellent penetration that feeds essential nutrients for skin regeneration to the dermis is a way to maintain an ideal skin for a long time.
